Meet the Team Behind the Movement.
The Orange Jersey Project is guided by lived experience, built in partnership with Indigenous communities, and driven by a deep commitment to truth and reconciliation.
Our team includes residential school Survivors, youth coaches, educators, sport professionals, and intergenerational advocates who share one common purpose: to use sport as a vehicle for education, healing, and change.
From the vision of Tyler Fuller and the founding support of Phyllis Webstad, to the day-to-day leadership of Jeremy Boston and Michael Hails, the people behind OJP represent both the historical roots and the evolving future of this work.
Every team member brings personal dedication to helping young athletes across Canada learn the true history of Indian Residential Schools and step forward as informed, compassionate leaders in their communities.
